Parent Line is a free telephone counselling and support service for parents and carers with children aged 0 – 18 who live in NSW.

Food, Financial & Housing Support in the Blue Mountains

Find out about support services in your local area, as well as online and phone referral services.

Specialist domestic violence service for women and children. Provides refuges, transitional housing, outreach support, group programs for women and children, counselling, and information and resources about domestic violence.

Advice for parents and carers to help kids stay safe online. Includes information about cyberbullying, online pornography, screen time, gaming, grooming and more.

Knowing how to identify, understand and respond to sexual behaviours in children and young people helps adults to support the development of healthy sexuality, and to protect young people from harm and abuse.
