Black Box is a FREE 4-week parenting program facilitated by Thrive Services. It is an innovative program focused on how a parent’s own experiences can impact the way we parent and interpret our children’s behaviours.

Bringing up Great Kids is a FREE 6-week program facilitated by Gateway Family Services. Open to parents and carers with children aged 0 – 12 years, learn how to review and enhance communication with your children, and about self-care strategies.

Envisage is a five-part program for parents and caregivers of children aged 0 – 8 years with disability or developmental concerns. Choose from online or in-person formats. Fully funded options available.

- Triple P Online for Baby
- Triple P Online – for under 12s
- Fear-Less Triple P Online – for 6+ children with anxiety
- Stepping Stones Triple P – for children with disability
- Family Transitions Triple P – to support children through separation or divorce.

ReachOut is an online mental health support service for young people. Parents and carers of teens (12 – 18 years) can access free professional coaching to build skills in supporting their teens with issues such as:
- Anxiety and depression
- Alcohol and drug use
- Gender and identity
- Communication problems
- Bullying
- Self-harm
- School refusal
- Aggressive behaviour
